Dr. Covey co-founded FranklinCovey Co. in 1997 to provide tools for change and growth for individuals and organizations worldwide. FranklinCovey offers solutions for professionals in the areas of leadership, trust, productivity, strategy execution, and individual effectiveness. Since March 2008, Dr. Covey has offered self-help and empowerment tools through a forum on his personal website called The Community. Users are able to set and track goals with the help of his online courses and ideas on self-leadership.

Dr. Covey earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Utah, an MBA from Harvard University, and a Doctorate from Brigham Young University.

In 1996, Dr. Covey was named one of Time magazine’s 25 most influential Americans, and has been honored with numerous professional and humanitarian accolades and awards throughout his accomplished career. In addition, he has been the recipient of 10 honorary doctorates.
