Goal for 2010: Build Your Leadership Brand

The year is winding down, and if you’re anything like me, you’re planning on spending some time doing goal setting and planning for 2010. For many executives, investing in their personal brand is an important goal for the coming year. Personal branding is getting a great deal of attention these days, and for good reason. In fact, I would go as so far as to say that the only security in today’s environment is a strong personal brand.

UCLA Anderson Executive Education has launched a series of one day programs that responds to the needs of TODAY’S executive. The Executive Series is a series of one day programs that offers today’s executives practical programs ranging from Behavioral Finance to Pitching Innovation. Here’s one program to definitely add to your Personal Learning Plan for 2010:

Executive Program

Executive Series: Building Your Personal Leadership Brand

William Arruda

Lead by William Arruda, whom Entrepreneur Magazine hails as the personal branding guru, you will learn the secrets of building and communicating a winning personal brand.

Using an innovative 360-degree personal branding assessment provided before the program, you will gain clarity about your own personal brand and be ready to discuss it during the program. During the program you will develop a personal brand aspiration plan where you will map how you want to be known.

Building Your Leadership Brand will be offered on February 9, 2010. This half-day session will include the following topics:
